一、问题的提出近几年,高新技术企业发展非常迅速,成为支撑经济增长的重要力量。与一般企业相比,高新企业的最大特点是较高的科技含量和经营的高风险,这就要求企业具有一支高素质的管理者,他们除了具备领导才能,还需要是高新领域的专家。如何吸引此类人才一直倍受高新企业重视,纷纷给予较高的薪酬。作者认为有必要结合高新技术企业的特点,对现有的经营者薪酬
