开展了激光二极管阵列(LDA)端面抽运高功率板条激光器的实验研究和理论分析,通过在谐振腔内引入4f成像系统实现了薄板条激光器的稳定输出。在LDA注入功率接近10kW时,通过平凹腔输出获得了平均功率为3.24kW的连续激光输出。同时,通过测量激光器稳定输出时激光晶体的饱和增益系数,间接得到了激光谐振腔的等效损耗系数和板条端面衍射损耗等参数,并分析了填充因子对激光器输出功率的影响,实验结果为开展高功率板条激光器的优化设计提供了基础。
A laser diode array (LDA) end face pumping high-power slab lasers experimental research and theoretical analysis were carried out to achieve a stable output of the lath lasers by introducing a 4f imaging system in the resonator. At LDA injection power approaching 10kW, a continuous laser output with an average power of 3.24kW was obtained through the flat cavity output. At the same time, by measuring the saturation gain coefficient of the laser crystal when the laser output is stable, the equivalent loss coefficients of the laser resonator and the diffraction loss of the lath end are obtained indirectly. The influence of the fill factor on the laser output power is analyzed. The experimental results are The basis for the optimal design of high power slab lasers is provided.
