目的采用组织芯片技术对乳腺癌组织中的BAG-1、Skp2表达水平进行检测,评价乳腺癌组织中的BAG-1、Skp2表达的意义。方法选择我院2010年1月-2012年10月外科手术切除乳腺癌组织的标本共120例,标本采用组织芯片技术对乳腺癌组织中的BAG-1、Skp2表达水平进行检测。结果浸润性癌乳腺癌组的BAG-1、Skp2表达高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.32,P=0.001),乳腺癌浸润与BAG-1、Skp2高表达呈正相关(r=0.57)。乳腺癌淋巴结转移阳性组的BAG-1、Skp2表达高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.91,P=0.001),乳腺癌淋巴结转移与BAG-1、Skp2高表达呈正相关(r=0.62)。结论 BAG-1、Skp2表达与乳腺癌组织的浸润及转移均存在着密切相关性,应用组织芯片技术大规模的提高临床组织样本检测具有现实可行性。
Objective To detect the expression of BAG-1 and Skp2 in breast cancer by tissue microarray technique, and to evaluate the significance of BAG-1 and Skp2 expression in breast cancer. Methods A total of 120 surgical specimens of breast cancer were collected from January 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital. The expression of BAG-1 and Skp2 in breast cancer tissues was detected by tissue microarray. Results The expressions of BAG-1 and Skp2 in invasive breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in negative group (χ2 = 21.32, P = 0.001). The infiltration of breast cancer was positively correlated with the expression of BAG-1 and Skp2 (r = 0.57). The positive rates of BAG-1 and Skp2 in breast cancer positive lymph node metastasis group were higher than those in negative group (χ2 = 27.91, P = 0.001). There was a positive correlation between lymph node metastasis and high expression of BAG-1 and Skp2 in breast cancer (r = 0.62). Conclusion The expressions of BAG-1 and Skp2 are closely related to the infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. It is feasible to improve the detection of clinical tissue samples by tissue microarray.
