偶氮氯膦Ⅲ主要用于稀土、铀、钍等元素的测定,本文试验用于测定微量钪。偶氮氯膦Ⅲ与钪在盐酸介质中形成的络合物很稳定,但选择性差,所以分析矿样时需进行分离。本法用 PMBP-苯萃取钪使与稀土、锆分离;用磷酸氢二钠溶液洗涤有机相,大部分钍被洗去;铀在碱熔时被氧化成高价,浸溶后过滤可大部分除去。测钪灵敏度达0.04ppm。
Chlorophosphonazo III is mainly used for the determination of rare earth, uranium, thorium and other elements, this paper test for the determination of trace scandium. The complex formed between chlorophosphonazo III and scandium in a hydrochloric acid medium is very stable, but has poor selectivity, so it needs to be separated when analyzing the mineral sample. In this method, scandium is extracted with PMBP-benzene to separate it from rare earth and zirconium; the organic phase is washed with disodium hydrogen phosphate solution and most of the thorium is washed off; uranium is oxidized to high price in alkaline melting; most of the filtrate can be removed after leaching . Scandium sensitivity of 0.04ppm.
