用雄性昆明种小鼠45只,分实验溃疡组、盐水对照组和正常对照组。在溃疡组的第3、6、9和20d,腹腔注射秋水仙碱后取胃窦粘膜。用Sternberger免疫组织化学PAP法显示G细胞,苏木精复染细胞核。正常胃窦粘膜上皮和幽门腺细胞分裂指数为5.93±1.23(x±s,下同);G细胞百分数为2.76±0.45;G细胞分裂指数Ⅰ为0.85±0.18;G细胞分裂指数Ⅱ为0.02±0.01。溃汤组6、9和20d的胃窦粘膜上皮和幽门腺细胞分裂指数、G细胞百分数及G细胞分裂指数Ⅱ,分别比正常组及盐水对照组多,呈高度显著性差异;G细胞分裂指数Ⅰ在溃疡组9d与正常组相比、前者20d与盐水组相比均有显著性差异;溃疡组6d G细胞百分数最高,9dG细胞分裂象数较多。溃疡组3d和6d,G细胞在腺中的分布比正常组明显上移。本研究提示,在胃溃疡修复过程中,随时间推移,幽门腺中G细胞的数量、来源、分布与形状有动态改变。
45 male male Kunming mice were divided into experimental ulcer group, saline control group and normal control group. On the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 20th day in the ulcer group, antral mucosa was taken after intraperitoneal injection of colchicine. G cells were stained with Sternberger immunohistochemical PAP and hematoxylin counterstained nuclei. The normal antral mucosal epithelium and pyloric gland cell division index was 5.93±1.23 (x±s, the same below); the percentage of G cells was 2.76±0.45; G cell division index I was 0.85±0.18; G cell division index II was 0.02±0.01. . The antral mucosal epithelial and pyloric gland cell division index, percentage of G cells and G cell division index II in ulcerated decoction group at 6, 9, and 20 days were higher than those in normal group and saline control group, respectively; there was a highly significant difference; G cell division index I Compared with the normal group, there was a significant difference between the former group and the saline group on the 9th day in the ulcer group. The percentage of G cells on the 6th day was the highest in the ulcer group, and there were more 9dG cell divisions in the ulcer group. The distribution of G cells in the glands was significantly higher than that in the normal group at 3d and 6d in the ulcer group. This study suggests that in the process of gastric ulcer repair, over time, the number, origin, distribution and shape of G cells in the pyloric glands have changed dynamically.
