采用新型配方体系制备了列车客车车辆用制动闸片并进行了装车试用试验,测量了闸片的磨耗值和摩擦表面形貌,对制动盘的工作表面状况也进行了观测。结果表明,试制的闸片在使用过程中制动平稳,线磨耗值较低,摩擦工作面良好,对偶制动盘也无热斑和微裂纹等异常。试制闸片制动性能良好且与制动盘的匹配性佳。
A novel formula system was used to prepare the brake pads for train passenger cars and the trial loading was carried out. The wear values of brake pads and the friction surface morphology were measured. The working surface conditions of the brake disks were also observed. The results show that the trial brake has stable brake, low wear rate, good working surface and no hot spot and microcrack. Trial Brake Braking performance is good and good match with the brake disc.
