本试验表明 ,柑桔赤衣病菌在各种碳源培养基均可生长 ,其中以蔗糖、葡萄糖为碳源的培养基生长最好 ,可溶性淀粉为碳源的生长最差。对氮源的利用 ,硝态氮和铵态氮无明显的差异。病菌的生长温度为 1 0~34℃ ,最适生长温度为 2 4~ 2 8℃。病菌在 pH 4~ 9范围内均可生长 ,以 pH 5~ 6菌丝生长量最大。光照对菌丝的生长无明显的影响。维生素可促进菌丝的生长。营养基质对分生孢子的萌发有促进作用 ,其中在 1 %葡萄糖、柑桔果汁和Czapek培养液中的萌发率最高。分生孢子萌发温度为 1 0~ 37℃ ,最适萌发温度为 2 5~2 8℃。相对湿度小于 93% ,孢子不能萌发。分生孢子在pH 5 .2 9~ 8.0 4的范围内均可萌发 ,以 pH 5 .91~6 .47的萌发率最高。 1 2h光照、黑暗交替 ,有促进孢子萌发的趋势
This experiment showed that C. eryngii could grow in all kinds of carbon source medium, of which sucrose and glucose as carbon source had the best growth and soluble starch as carbon source had the worst growth. The use of nitrogen sources, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen no significant difference. Pathogen growth temperature of 10 ~ 34 ℃, the optimum growth temperature of 24 ~ 28 ℃. Bacteria can grow in the range of pH 4 ~ 9, with pH 5 ~ 6 mycelial growth the largest. Light on the growth of mycelium no significant effect. Vitamins can promote mycelial growth. The nutrient substrate promoted the conidiospore germination, and the germination rate was the highest in 1% glucose, citrus juice and Czapek medium. Conidia germination temperature is 10 ~ 37 ℃, the optimum germination temperature is 25 ~ 28 ℃. Relative humidity less than 93%, spores can not germination. Conidia could germinate in the range of pH5.29 ~ 8.04, with the highest germination rate at pH5.91 ~ 6 .47. 1 2h light, alternating dark, there is the trend to promote spore germination
