通过含水率对轻质烧结页岩砖、保温砂浆、普通砂浆导热系数影响试验和理论分析,并研究含水率对抹灰厚度为10、20mm的普通砂浆和保温砂浆墙体的传热系数影响。提出符合3种墙体材料导热系数与含水率的拟合计算公式,当含水率平均每增加1%时,则1~#、2~#、3~#、4~#墙体的传热系数分别增大1.75%、1.55%、1.65%和1.73%;抹灰厚度每增加10 mm,普通砂浆和保温砂浆抹面砌筑的墙体传热系数平均减小0.52%、7.07%。
The influence of moisture content on the thermal conductivity of lightweight sintered shale brick, thermal insulation mortar and common mortar was tested and analyzed. The influence of moisture content on the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary mortar and thermal insulation mortar wall with plaster thickness of 10 and 20 mm was studied. The fitting formulas of the thermal conductivity and the water content of the three kinds of wall materials are put forward. When the average water content increases by 1%, the heat transfer coefficients of the walls 1 ~ #, 2 ~ #, 3 ~ #, 4 ~ Increase by 1.75%, 1.55%, 1.65% and 1.73% respectively. When the plaster thickness increases by 10 mm, the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary mortar and thermal insulation plaster wall decreases by 0.52% and 7.07% on average.
