随着我国国民经济收入水平不断提升,群众的财富得以有效积累,因此使得各种商品的销售额度大幅提升。汽车企业在近几年发展当中规模越来越大,国内人均汽车拥有量也在逐年上升,使得人们对于汽车配套商品的质量要求越来越高。汽车座椅骨架的焊接是汽车开发的重要环节,其中焊接工装夹具起到了重要的作用,其能够保证焊接的精准度。本文即是对汽车座椅骨架焊接中的气动自动化夹具设计技术进行研究,探讨了夹具的设计流程,并阐述了其生产制造和调试方法,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of the national income level in our country, the wealth of the masses can be effectively accumulated, thus greatly increasing the sales amount of various commodities. In recent years, the development of automobile enterprises has become more and more large-scale, and the per capita automobile ownership in the country has been rising year by year, making people increasingly demanding the quality of automobile-related products. Automotive seat frame welding is an important part of automotive development, welding fixture which played an important role, which can ensure the accuracy of welding. In this paper, the research on the design technology of pneumatic automatic fixture in the welding of automobile seat frame is discussed. The design process of the fixture is discussed, and the manufacturing and debugging methods of the fixture are expounded in order to provide references for related work.
