以商品肝素为原料制备了平均分子量为5300的低分子肝素,测定了理化指标和抗凝效价。制备了低分子肝素的脂质体喷胶,软膏及凝胶制剂,并对其进行了体外经皮渗透动力学的对比研究,表明脂质体喷胶能明显促进低分子肝素的透皮吸收。脂质体喷胶应用于新西兰纯种兔背部脱毛皮肤一定时间,可显著延长兔的血液凝固时间,显著抑制实验性血栓的形成,显著降低兔全血低切粘度和红细胞聚集指数。
Low molecular weight heparin with average molecular weight of 5300 was prepared from commercial heparin, and physical and chemical indexes and anticoagulant potency were determined. Preparation of low molecular weight heparin liposomes, ointment and gel preparation, and its in vitro percutaneous permeability kinetics comparative study showed that liposomal spray can significantly promote the transdermal absorption of low molecular weight heparin. The application of liposomal liposomes to hair removal of the skin of New Zealand purebred rabbits for a certain period of time can significantly prolong the blood clotting time of rabbits, significantly inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus, and significantly reduce the whole blood low shear viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index.
