图1ａ、ｂ 右中上纵隔见一半圆形边缘光整,密度均匀增高影。 图2 隆突下可见结节影,其内隐约可见钙化增强后边缘强化。 纵隔瘤样淋巴组织增生,又称之为良性淋巴瘤;巨大淋巴结增生;淋巴组织肿瘤样增生;血管性淋巴结错构瘤等。本病临床上较少见,我科遇到1例,经手术病理证实

Mediastinal lymphoid tissue hyperplasia, also known as benign lymphoma; huge lymph node hyperplasia; lymphoid tissue tumor-like hyperplasia; vascular lymph node hamartoma. The disease is clinically rare, our department encountered 1 case, confirmed by surgical pathology
