[编者的话]:在刀具、模具和量具方面,广泛地应用和推广硬质合金是提高生产技术水平的重要途径。硬质合金工具由于有“硬”的特性,在使用中具有极大的优越性。同时,也由于“硬”的特性,给硬质合金工具的制造与磨削带来了困难。所以要应用与推广硬质合金,就必须有“啃硬骨头”的精神;就要攻克硬质合金的镶套、电加工、焊接、磨削、研磨、抛光等等一系列技术关键;就必须千方百计地创造物质条件,积极地学习和试验研究硬质合金的制造与使用技术。在本期中,我们介绍了“导电磨削法”、“石墨导电磨轮的制造”及“机械夹固式车刀”等几篇文章,供大家参考。希望各有经验的单位或个人,踊跃交流硬质合金加工与使用方面的经验。
