2013年9月17日,安妮股份发布公告称,该公司第三届董事会第一次会议于2013年9月15日召开,审议通过了《厦门安妮股份有限公司关于终止收购现成电脑纸(四川)有限公司股权事项的议案》。安妮股份在2013年6月计划以1457万元收购现成电脑纸(四川)有限公司70%股权,以实现对四川汇利纸业有限公司的间接控股,从而扩大公司定制产品业务。不过尽管定制纸相对于标准纸盈利能力略强,但同样因产品技术含量不高、市场竞争激烈,发展前景较为暗淡,目前并不具备扩张的条件,公司在行业低迷期谨慎投资符合公司利益。 On September 17, 2013, Annie announced that the first meeting of the third board of directors of the Company was held on September 15, 2013. The meeting reviewed and approved the resolution of “Xiamen Anne Co., Ltd. on Terminating the Acquisition of Off-the-Shelf Computer Paper (Sichuan) Co., Limited equity matters motion. ” In June 2013, Annie plans to acquire a 70% interest in Readymade Paper (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. for RMB14.57 million to realize indirect control of Sichuan Hui Li Paper Co., Ltd., thereby expanding the Company’s customized products business. However, although the profit margin of customized paper is slightly higher than that of standard paper, it is in the interest of the Company to invest prudently in the downturn of the industry due to its low technology content, fierce market competition and gloomy development prospects.
