放射性栓塞治疗肝癌被认为是一种有效的医疗手段,~(90)Y标记的玻璃微球已经应用于临床治疗原发性和转移性肝癌并取得了良好的治疗效果。文章回顾了放射性微球的制备工艺、稳定性、降解性和医疗应用。首先讨论了放射性栓塞治疗肝癌的原理,然后阐述了三种主要材料——玻璃基、树脂基和聚合物基制备的放射性微球。最后展望了放射性微球的制备和应用前景。
Radioactive embolization of liver cancer is considered as an effective medical treatment. ~ (90) Y-labeled glass microspheres have been used in clinical treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancer and achieved good therapeutic effect. The article reviews the preparation, stability, degradability and medical applications of radioactive microspheres. First of all, the principle of radioactive embolization for the treatment of liver cancer was discussed. Then three kinds of main materials, glass-based, resin-based and polymer-based radioactive microspheres, were described. Finally, the prospects of preparation and application of radioactive microspheres are prospected.
