薄壳基础是一种新的基础形式,具有明显的经济效应。本文着重介绍粮食立筒仓采用倒球形薄壳基础时的力学分析和强度计算。由于薄壳基础结构受力复杂、符号很多,力的正负号容易混乱,因而不易普及。本文为进一步丰富薄壳基础在粮仓中的应用,从薄壳基础每一部分质观的受力图形出发,详细地推导出一组适用于设计计算的公式,并尽量阐明它的物理意义,以提供给粮仓建筑工作者参考。
Shell foundation is a new basic form with obvious economic effects. This paper focuses on the mechanics analysis and strength calculation of grain silos with inverted spherical shells. Due to the complex structure of the thin shell foundation, a lot of symbols, the force of the sign is easy to confusion, which is not easy to popularize. In order to further enrich the application of shell foundation in grain silo, a set of formulas suitable for design calculation are deduced in detail from the stress diagrams of each part of shell foundation, and the physical meaning of it is clarified as far as possible For granary construction workers reference.
