本文应用高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中头孢唑啉的浓度,以头孢哌酮为内标,醋酸—醋酸铵的甲醇溶液(pH4.35,离子强度0.02mol/L)为流动相,紫外270nm检测。头孢唑啉平均回收率为:94.74±6.26%,其日间误差和日内误差(RSD%)均小于5%,在8~200μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9999。应用本法测定头孢唑啉静脉滴注和肌注间血药浓度的差别,发现肌注也能够达到同样冲击峰浓度,而且能够节约药品用量并降低工作量。对调整方案,减少毒副作用的发生具有临床意义。
In this paper, HPLC was used to determine the concentration of cefazolin in human plasma. Cefoperazone was used as internal standard.
