本文报告用无水甘油行三叉神经周围支骨孔注射，治疗三又神经历４８例，有效率８７．５％，复发率３２．４％。同时作了白兔眶下孔甘油注射观察到，兔眶下神经由于甘油作用，致神经纤维ｗａｌｌｅｒ变性。作者认为，神经纤维毁损和再生是三叉神经痛缓解和复发的原因。
This article reports the use of anhydrous glycerol trigeminal nerve around the branch hole injection, the treatment of three and 48 cases of neurological experience, the effective rate was 87.5%, the recurrence rate was 32.4%.
