“Mute English” is the most embarrassing situation faced by Chinese students, especially undergraduates. How to solve this problem, so that the students who enter the university door can speak out loudly “Yangwen ” is the topic of this article. Does the traditional “College Spoken English” put the starting point on speech, intonation training, and basic sentence conversation? Is it really possible? How can we make children who are entering adolescence “discard” their faces and begin boldly? How is the so-called “Crazy English” really like people saying, can you be crazy to practice oral English? This article starts from the actual teaching of college students’ oral English, and aims at how to transform students’ traditional oral English learning thinking. And how to correctly and effectively improve the ability to actually use spoken language; specifically emphasize the role of “spoken language thinking” in breaking the traditional oral teaching and learning; the purpose, tasks and characteristics of teaching and speaking in public English. As a breakthrough, based on this, we propose skills training in the new oral language acquisition process.
