1986年和1988年,吉林省先后完成了“长春市卫生服务研究”和“吉林省医疗机构卫生技术专门人才发展研究”两项软科学成果。前项课题由吉林省卫生厅立题,后项成果是世界银行贷款项目题目。两项软科学研究成果,均由卫生部主持成果鉴定。其中“长春市卫生服务研究”为国内首创,获得长春市二等重大科技成果奖;“吉林省医疗机构卫生技术专门人才发展研究”,做为卫生人力发展研究的典型案例,已被世界卫生组织推荐给世界各发展中国家。展现了时间短、水平高、效益大的特点。为我国卫生管理事业做出了应有贡献。两项软科学研究成功的因素,是多方面的,但最主要的是在于实行领导、专家、专业队伍三结合。这个专业队伍,即是卫生管理
In 1986 and 1988, Jilin Province completed two soft scientific achievements: “Changchun City Health Service Research” and “Jilin Provincial Medical Institution Health Technology Talent Development Research”.
