目的:探讨超声诊断乳腺无回声肿块的临床分析。方法:选取该院2012年3月至2013年5月共收治乳腺无回声肿块50例为研究对象,将患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者采取常规检查,观察组患者采取超声诊断检查。结果:选取的50例研究对象经超声检查,其中乳腺囊肿患者18例,符合者15例(符合率83.3%),乳腺脓肿者8例,符合者7例(符合率87.5%),囊性增生者24例,符合者22例(符合率91.67%);误诊者6例(误诊率12%),其中4例误诊为乳腺纤维瘤,2例误诊为乳腺癌。结论:将超声诊断纳入临床中,对无回声肿块进行诊断后,可见,超声无创伤、无放射以及操作方便等,符合率较高,为临床拟定治疗方案提供了有利依据,值得临床大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis of anechoic mass in breast. Methods: The hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were treated 50 cases of breast anechoic mass as the research object, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group patients routine examination, observation group patients to take ultrasound diagnosis. Results: The selected 50 subjects were examined by ultrasonography. There were 18 cases of breast cysts, including 15 cases (83.3%), 8 cases of breast abscess, 7 cases (87.5%), cystic hyperplasia 24 cases were coincided with 22 cases (91.67% coincidence rate); 6 cases were misdiagnosed (misdiagnosis rate was 12%), 4 cases were misdiagnosed as breast fibroids and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as breast cancer. Conclusion: The diagnosis of anechoic mass is included in the clinical diagnosis of non-echo mass. It shows that the coincidence rate is high with no trauma, no radiation and easy operation. It provides a favorable basis for the clinical treatment plan and is worthy of clinical promotion.
