劳动安全保护工作直接涉及到职工的生命安全与身体健康,是职工的根本利益所在。当前企业面临的发展环境发生新的变化,特别是钢铁、煤炭、水泥等产能严重过剩行业,企业生产经营业绩持续下滑、全行业严重亏损。企业为了求生存,积极推进产业结构调整、转型升级,带来企业组织变革形式多样化、劳动用工多元化和管理模式多异性等一系列新问题,给工会劳动保护工作带来了新挑战。如何应对严峻挑战,开创企业工会劳动保护工作新局面,是企业各级工会组织必须认真思考的一个新课题。
The work safety protection directly involves the life safety and physical health of the staff and workers, which is the fundamental interest of the staff and workers. The current development environment faced by enterprises has undergone new changes, especially in sectors with overcapacity, such as steel, coal and cement. The production and business performance of enterprises continued to decline and the entire industry suffered serious losses. In order to survive, enterprises actively promote a series of new problems such as industrial restructuring, transformation and upgrading, diversification of enterprise organizational transformation, diversification of labor force and diversification of management modes, which bring new challenges to labor protection work in trade unions. How to deal with harsh challenges and create a new situation in labor protection work for trade unions in enterprises is a new topic that business union organizations at all levels must seriously consider.
