一、把握时机,让“讨论”畅所欲言(一)在意见分歧处展开讨论由于学生认知水平以及思考问题的方式等存在差异,不同的学生对同一个问题常常会产生不同的想法,这是思维真实性的表现。面对学生的不同见解,教师不能简单地否定错误想法,而要尊重学生的个性,鼓励学生勤于思考,这时组织学生讨论成为必要。例如,教学“中位数的认识”时,教者首先创设了两队比赛跳绳的情境。红、蓝两队各派7名小朋友进行1分钟跳绳比赛,比赛结果如下:
