目的 :探讨异丙酚对活体大鼠脑不完全缺血再灌注后LPO及脑水肿程度的影响。方法 :4 0只健康SD大鼠随机分为 5组 ,A组为无缺血对照组 ,C及E组分别为异丙酚麻醉下脑不完全缺血和缺血再灌注组 ,B及D组为非异丙酚麻醉下脑不完全缺血和缺血再灌注组。各组大鼠在达到预定的缺血及再灌注时间后 ,断头取脑皮质测定LPO和水含量。结果 :脑皮质水含量B组较A组升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,D组升高更明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;但C组 0 .0 5 ) ,但D组升高显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而E组LPO含量0 .0 5 )。结论 :异丙酚能明显降低大鼠脑不完全缺血及再灌注后脑皮质LPO含量 ,并减轻脑水肿程度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of propofol on LPO and cerebral edema in rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A was ischemic control group, group C and E were respectively under incomplete ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion with propofol anesthesia, group B and D Group of non-propofol anesthesia under incomplete ischemia and ischemia reperfusion group. Rats in each group in the scheduled ischemia and reperfusion time, decapitation cortical determination of LPO and water content. Results: The water content of cerebral cortex in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.05), and in group D was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.01) P <0 .0 1). The content of LPO in group B was slightly higher than that in group A (P> 0.05), but the level of LPO in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.01). SOD activity decreased in group B and decreased more significantly in group D (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference between group B and group C, group D and group E (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Propofol can significantly reduce cerebral cortex LPO content and reduce cerebral edema in rats with incomplete ischemia and reperfusion.
