本文介绍鳍片光管,鳍片内螺纹管传热特性的初步试验结果。曾专门进行了内螺纹管螺纹深度对抑制膜态沸腾效果影响的试验。初步探讨了压力和重量流速对发生膜态沸腾工况的影响,首次获得了SG 型四头内螺纹管传热特性的数据。对如何评价内螺纹管抑制膜态沸腾的效果,提出了看法。对试验装置作了描述。对于如何模拟实际锅炉水冷壁管受热工况问题作了简要的讨论。试验中所采用的单面辐射加热方式较之目前国内外广泛采用的均匀电加热方法更能反映锅炉的实际受热工况。
This article describes the fin tube, fin tube heat transfer characteristics of the preliminary test results. Has conducted a special thread depth of the tube to inhibit the membrane boiling effect of the test. The influence of pressure and weight velocity on the boiling condition of membrane was discussed preliminarily. The data of heat transfer characteristics of SG four-headed female pipe was obtained for the first time. How to evaluate the effect of the female thread tube inhibiting membrane boiling is put forward. The test device is described. How to simulate the actual boiler water wall tube heating conditions made a brief discussion. The single-sided radiant heating method used in the experiment can reflect the actual heating condition of the boiler more than the uniform electric heating method widely used at home and abroad.
