报告双歧杆菌制剂治疗妊娠合并肠源性内毒素血症１５例。结果提示：服用双歧杆菌观察组肝功能指标改善程度、鲎试验转阴率与对照组有显著性差异。结论：双歧杆菌制剂是一种功效明显的微生态活菌制剂，具有调节肠道菌群功能、降低内毒素血症作用，观察表明，双歧杆菌制剂可作为肝病辅助治疗的方法，对妊娠合并肝病与肠源性内毒素血症者尤为适宜。
Bifidobacterium preparation for the treatment of pregnancy with intestinal endotoxemia in 15 cases.
