用实体显微装置录像系统,观察了川芎嗪对麻醉蛙肺微循环的影响,结果表明:川芎嗪具有舒张肺微动脉,降低其阻力,促进肺微循环血流的作用.且有较好的剂量依赖关系.0.01~10mmol·L-1川芎嗪iv7min时,加快肺动脉血流的作用最强,iv后10min时,舒张肺微动脉作用最强.提示川芎嗪出现加快肺动脉血流作用先于出现舒张肺微动脉作用
The effect of tetramethylpyrazine on the microcirculation of anesthetized frog lung was observed by solid microscopy video system. The results showed that ligustrazine has the function of relaxing pulmonary arterioles, reducing its resistance and promoting the microcirculation of blood in the lung. And there is a good dose-dependent relationship. The effect of accelerated arterial blood flow was the strongest when 0.01~10mmol·L-1 Ligustrazine iv7min, and the pulmonary arteriole of diastolic function was the strongest at 10min after iv. It suggests that the role of ligustrazine in accelerating pulmonary blood flow precedes the development of pulmonary arterioles
