編輯同志: 我校是在寶鷄區初等教育師资短期訓練學校基礎上建立起來的。校長张四維一貫違法失職,經過同志們幫助,沒有得到改正,一九五三年七月十七日又在寶鷄專署工作組同志的幫助下,召開了檢討會,但這次會議對他並沒有起任何作用,反而對學校工作更不负責了。一九五三年六月二十三日,我校向陝西省人民政府文教廳送去一份工作總結報告,這份報告實際是校長張四維和教導主任嚴志雲二人偽造的,報告中捏造許多事實,無中生有地把缺點寫成優點,優點加以誇大。譬如一九五二年下學期我校教務會議,從来沒有研究過教學問題,但是校長在總結報告裏寫着:「歷次教務會議議題主要是教學問题,校長兩人分頭重點领導語文和算術教學研究組。「語文組在五月份開會十二次」,實際在教務會議上從來沒有研究過教學問題,語文組在五月份前後只開了三次會。這種隱瞞缺點,偽造成績,欺騙领導的行為,是十分恶劣的。最嚴重的是學校領導利用了一週時間,在學生中進行思想整風運動,步驟是:個別交代,互相追問,公開檢討,最後還都寫了書面材料,並將其中四十餘名學生編為「特別班」,讓大家對這班學生加以監視。但在向省教育廳的總結報告上他却這樣寫:「自己寫材料,班主任批閱指導,重點學生先寫,小組提出批評;每班不超過三人,利用三節自習和兩節晚自習時間。」最後還說:「學生得到了一次深刻的思想教育。」報告中還
