防毒面具的滤毒盒失效判断主要依靠嗅觉和规定使用时间 ,但这两种方法都存在明显局限。为寻求用一种客观的方法指示滤料失效 ,对应用半导体气敏传感器实现防毒面具滤毒失效指示进行了探讨 ,对气敏元件的基本原理、选择性、分辨力、重复性、响应时等主要技术参数进行了阐述 ,对使用CGS气敏传感器的试验结果进行了分析讨论 ,结果表明应用半导体气敏传感器实现防毒面具滤毒盒失效指示的技术途径是可行的 ,有着广泛的潜在市场和较大的社会经济效益。
Gas mask poison box to determine the failure mainly depends on the sense of smell and the provisions of the use of time, but there are two obvious limitations of both methods. In order to find out an objective method to indicate the failure of filter media, this paper discusses the application of semiconductor gas sensor to detect the poisoning failure of gas masks. The basic principle, selectivity, resolution, repeatability, response time and so on The main technical parameters are described, and the test results using CGS gas sensor are analyzed and discussed.
