对40例经B超诊断为新生儿颅内出血的患儿进行的神经精神发育随访结果显示，由SEH和IVH造成的神经精神发育落后存在于1岁时，3岁时则恢复正常；由IPH造成的神经精神发育落后在1岁和3岁时都存在。
Follow-up of neuropsychological development in 40 children diagnosed as neonatal intracranial hemorrhage by B-ultrasound revealed that neuropsychiatric developmental deficits caused by SEH and IVH were present at 1 year of age and returned to normal at 3 years of age; caused by IPH The neuropsychiatric development lags at 1 and 3 years of age.
