血小板生成系统包括产生血小板的巨核细胞和循环池中血小板两大部分,是造血系统的主要组成部分之一。巨幼细胞性贫血(简称巨幼贫),临床上常表现为全血细胞减少,表明DNA合成障碍时,不仅影响到红系统和粒系统,也引起血小板生成系统发生一系列的病理生理改变。长期以来,国内外血液工作者对骨髓巨核细胞形态学、巨核细胞DNA多倍体化、血小板生成动力学以及血小板等方面进行了研究,现综述如下。
The platelet production system, including platelet-producing megakaryocytes and circulating platelet in two major parts of the platelet, is one of the major components of the hematopoietic system. Megaloblastic anemia (referred to as megaloblastic poor), the clinical manifestations of pancytopenia, indicating that DNA synthesis barriers, not only affects the red system and granulocyte system, also caused a series of pathophysiological changes in the platelet generating system. For a long time, blood workers at home and abroad on the morphology of bone marrow megakaryocytes, DNA polyploidization of megakaryocytes, platelet production kinetics and platelets and other aspects were studied are summarized below.
