目的了解军医大学研究生的应对方式特征及其与自测健康状况的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法,选择广州市某军医大学在读硕士研究生189名,应用简易应对方式问卷和自测健康评定量表进行调查。结果军医大学研究生采取积极应对方式的比例(34.86%)明显高于采取消极应对方式的比例(10.56%),最常采取的应对方式是“通过工作学习或一些其他活动解脱(51.4%)”、“尽量看到事物好的一面(46.4%)”和“不把问题看得太严重(40.9%)”;最不常采用的应对方式为“依靠别人解决问题(0.6%)”、“幻想奇迹发生(2.8%)”等;积极应对方式得分与自测健康的生理、心理、社会子量表得分和总分呈显著正相关,消极应对方式得分与自测健康的生理、心理子量表得分和总分呈显著负相关。结论不同应对方式对自测健康的影响作用不同,积极应对方式有助于军医大学研究生的身心健康,消极应对则有负面影响。
Objective To understand the characteristics of coping styles and their relationship with self-rated health status of graduate students in Military Medical University. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 189 MSc candidates studying in a military medical university in Guangzhou. The questionnaire and the self-rated health assessment scale were used to investigate. Results The percentage of postgraduate students taking active coping styles (34.86%) was significantly higher than that of passive coping styles (10.56%), and the most common coping style was “getting rid of them through work and study or some other activities (51.4%)” “Trying to see the good side of everything (46.4%)” and “Do not take the problem too seriously (40.9%)”; the least commonly used coping style is “Relying on others to solve the problem (0.6%)”, "Fantasy Miracles (2.8%). The score of positive coping style was significantly positively correlated with the score of physical, psychological and social sub-scales and the total score of self-rated health, the score of negative coping style and the score of physical and psychological subscale And the total score was significantly negatively correlated. Conclusion Different coping styles have different effects on self-rated health, and positive coping styles contribute to the physical and mental health of postgraduates in the Military Medical University while negative coping has a negative impact.
