为研究胃癌患者的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体（ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲ）与自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性之间的关系，利用酵母菌花环试验及ＭＴＴ比色法对３０例胃癌患者及３８例健康对照者的ＲＢＣＣ３ｂ受体及ＮＫ细胞活性进行了测定。结果表明胃癌患者的这两项免疫指标均比正常对照组显著低下（Ｐ＜０．０１）。经统计学相关性分析显示，这两项免疫指标间呈明显的正相关（ｒ＝０．６０７，Ｐ＜０．００１）。
To investigate the relationship between red cell C3b receptor (RBCC3bR) and natural killer (NK) cell activity in gastric cancer patients, the RBC of 30 patients with gastric cancer and 38 healthy controls were studied using the yeast rosette test and MTT colorimetry. The C3b receptor and NK cell activity were measured. The results showed that the two immune parameters in patients with gastric cancer were significantly lower than the normal control group (P <0.01). Statistical correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the two immune indicators (r=0.607, P<0.001).
