对高大平房仓储存的小麦分别采用BT35—11NO.5.6普通型轴流式风机、CZLB—2.2S型可逆转式强力轴流式风机、4-7.2—11NO.6C型离心式风机进行通风降温,并对整仓平均粮温、分层平均粮温、分层粮食水分以及能量消耗等进行效果评价。结果表明在中央储备粮郑州直属库所处地区进行冬季通风降温,普通型0.55kW的轴流风机380~413小时可将高度6m的粮堆平均温度降到5℃左右,且能量消耗(0.025kW·h/℃·t)和粮食水分变化(小于0.2%)很小,离心风机(结合0.55kW的轴流风机)可在147小时将平均粮温降到3.5℃,降温速率较快,但能量消耗(0.081kW·h/℃·t)和粮食水分变化(0.7%)却比较大。
High-quality warehouse storage of wheat were used BT35-11NO.5.6 common axial fan, CZLB-2.2S reversible axial fan strong, 4-7.2-11NO.6C centrifugal fan for ventilation and cooling, The average grain temperature of whole positions, the average grain temperature of stratification, the grain water content of stratified stratification and energy consumption were evaluated.
