使用薄膜过滤法(Membrane filtration)进行大型输液的无菌检查时,操作引起污染的可能性较大。作者考虑,在封闭系统下移液到薄膜过滤器可能比在开启系统条件下将输液倒入薄膜过滤器,操作污染的机会会少一些,因而进行了比较试验。静脉输液用1000毫升装氯化钠注射液(生理盐水)及10%葡萄糖氯化钠盐水,同时将一部分检品以15磅90分钟蒸气再消毒作为对照。培养基用胰酶消化大豆肉汤(TSB)及胰酶消化大豆琼脂(TSA)平板,薄膜孔孔目为0.45微米。
When using a Membrane filtration for sterile testing of large infusions, there is a high probability that the operation will cause contamination. The authors consider that pipetting to a membrane filter under a closed system may have less chance of operating contaminants than pouring a transfusion into a membrane filter under system-on-gas conditions, thus allowing comparative experiments. Intravenous infusion of 1000 ml sodium chloride injection (saline) and 10% glucose sodium chloride saline, while some of the seizures with 15 pounds of steam for 15 minutes and then sterilized as a control. The medium was digested with trypticase soy broth (TSB) and trypticase soy agar (TSA) plates with a pore size of 0.45 μm.
