建立丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)体外感染细胞模型 ,观察其感染细胞的 HCV抗原表达。用抗 HCV抗体和 HCV RNA阳性及阴性血清感染 MOL T- 4细胞 ,制备细胞片进行免疫酶染色。结果显示 HCV感染 MOL T- 4细胞 4天和阴性对照 HCV抗原均为阴性 ;感染后 7天胞浆内可见 HCV抗原阳性免疫反应产物 ;15天阳性细胞达到高峰 ,43天仍可见少量阳性细胞。结果表明 HCV体外感染 MOL T- 4细胞胞浆内观察到 HCV抗原表达
To establish a model of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in vitro infection and to observe the expression of HCV antigen in the infected cells. MOL-4 cells were infected with anti-HCV antibodies and HCV RNA positive and negative sera to prepare cell sheets for immunoenzymatic staining. The results showed that HCV infection of MOL T-4 cells for 4 days and the negative control HCV antigen were negative; 7 days after infection can be seen in the cytoplasm of HCV antigen-positive immune reaction products; 15 days to reach the peak of the positive cells, still visible a small amount of 43 days positive cells. The results showed HCV antigen expression was observed in cytoplasm of MOL T-4 cells infected with HCV in vitro
