为探讨原发性开角型青光眼的发病机理，进行了２９例原发性开角型青光眼病人的血浆ＴＸＡ_２－ＰＧＩ_２的测定，并选择２０例健康人作为对照。测定结果：青光眼组的血浆ＴＸＡ_２均比正常对照组有较显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明血浆中的ＴＸＡ_２－ＰＧＩ_２动态平衡失调参与了原发性开角型青光眼的发病机理。
To investigate the pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma, 29 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma were measured in plasma TXA 2 -PGI 2, and 20 healthy controls were selected. The results showed that plasma TXA 2 in glaucoma group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01). TXA 2-PGI 2 plasma homeostasis is involved in the pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma.
