近年来我国体育产业发展迅速,为确保产业的高效运转,管理人员是否体验到较低的工作压力水平,有较高的工作满意度和良好的身心健康状况至关重要。以中国香港体育管理人员为研究对象,采用Godin休闲运动问卷,职业压力量表-2和身心健康认知量表对343名体育管理人员进行调查。结果发现,体育管理人员严重缺乏体育运动,工作压力处于中等偏高水平,总体身心健康状况和工作满意度较好。工作压力对于管理人员的身心健康呈现负面影响,体育运动对身体健康有直接影响,支持应对策略在压力与健康之间起着显著的调节作用。因此,参加适量的体育运动和学习使用社会支持,有助于缓解体育管理人员的工作压力和改善身心健康状况。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s sports industry, in order to ensure the efficient operation of the industry, managers have to experience a lower level of work pressure, high job satisfaction and good physical and mental health is essential. Taking the sports managers in Hong Kong, China as the research object, 343 sports managers were investigated using the Godin leisure sports questionnaire, occupational stress scale-2 and physical and mental health cognitive scale. The results showed that sports managers lacked a lot of sports, their working pressure was moderately high, and overall physical and mental health and job satisfaction were good. Work pressure has a negative impact on the management of the physical and mental health, physical exercise has a direct impact on physical health, supportive coping strategies in stress and health play a significant regulatory role. Therefore, participating in appropriate physical education and learning to use social support can help relieve the pressure on the work of sports managers and improve their physical and mental health.
