一、一种新型的自动分钢机在轧钢过程中,由于轧钢工艺的要求,需要把(?)(?)一个辊道中送来的热钢分送到两个并列的跑槽中去.为了完成这道工序,一般是设置一个简易的公道叉,由专人操作来完成分钢工作.用这种方法分钢,不仅浪费人力(按四班三倒工作制,一个分道叉岗位需要4名工人),而且在两根钢交错行进中不容易分开,费时费力.为此,我们设计了一种新型的自动分钢机,安装在车间上冷床辊道前部.现介绍如下:分钢机的运动原理如图1所示.用电动推杆(型号为DG30020K-C,其推力为300kg,速度为 74mm/s)作动力,电动推杆的伸缩,经过连杆机构作用于分钢叉1、2,使两者交替上下运动.其升降程度可根据实际情况通过调整电动推杆的伸缩长度加以控制.当分钢叉1上升处于高于辊道盖板120mm的高位时,跑槽1封闭,同时分钢叉2下降处在和辊道盖板在同一平面的低位时,跑槽2开通.前面辊道送来的钢
