针对男子健美选项课枯燥无味和恢复慢的实际情况,根据人体的运动规律和生理规律,对体育教学过程中的再现教学法和能动教学法进行了对比研究。结果发现:能动教学法较再现教学法有更好的教学效果。
Aiming at the actual situation of dullness and slow recovery of men’s bodybuilding options class, according to the human body’s movement rules and physiological rules, this paper makes a comparative study of the re-teaching method and the active teaching method in the teaching process of physical education. The result shows that the active teaching method has a better teaching effect than the reappearance teaching method.
