体育专业学生作为特殊人群,无论是速度、力量、耐力、灵敏和柔韧等身体素质,以及心理素质和适应能力都相对要优于普通大学生,但自体育高考结束后,经过一段时间的休息未能经常进行运动训练,学生的身体机能、身体素质和心理素质与环境适应等指标明显下降。基于此,湖南理工学院体育学院在全院学生中广泛开展课余训练。以湖南理工学院体育学院课余训练为契机,在参阅大量相关文献的基础上,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等,就运动训练对体育专业学生心理素质和精神素质所产生的影响进行系统分析,并提出提高课余训练效果的建议及措施。

Taking the opportunity of after-class training of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Institute of Physical Education as a turning point, on the basis of referring to a large number of related documents, this paper conducts questionnaires, interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze the impact of sports training on the psychological and physical quality of PE majors System analysis, and put forward suggestions and measures to improve the effect of after-class training.
