AOL经历email打击 AOL在11月3日早晨经历两个星期内的第二次E-mall“掉电”打击,在例行的路由系统维护时一个路由器出现故障。AOL在发现问题后,替换了那个路由器,但整个系统处理依旧比正常时慢。对于用户来说,在10:15之前还可以看邮件,但过了中午,所有人的电子信箱都午休了。据分析家认为,AOL目前正在升级它的服务,如新界面和频道服务。二周前,它为聊天服务换了一个新界面,但仅过了几天,AOL就让原有的界面重新上岗。可见,AOL正面临麻烦。
