新型农村合作医疗制度是在党中央的积极推动下而完成的,致力于解决中国农民“看病难、看病贵”问题。在河北省该制度从建立初就发挥着巨大作用,很大程度上缓解了相关问题,同时也存在着问题与不足。本文将从政府、医疗机构、以及农民三方面内容进行分析研究,提出相应的解决措施,从而更好地发展河北省新型农村合作医疗制度。 The new rural cooperative medical system was completed under the active promotion of the Party Central Committee and is devoted to resolving the issue of Chinese peasants seeing their doctor hard and seeing their doctor expensive. In Hebei Province, the system played an important role from the early days of establishment, which largely alleviated the related problems and also had problems and deficiencies. This article analyzes and studies the contents of the government, medical institutions and peasants, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to improve the new rural cooperative medical system in Hebei Province.
