低渗透油藏中大多采用小泵深抽工艺。而目前在卡层分层开采中所采用的小泵径抽油泵和封隔器,在封隔器坐封过程中经常出现小泵泵筒坐封弯曲现象。为此,研制了悬挂防弯泵,设计了独特的悬挂结构,即在泵筒外加一外筒,泵筒在外何内呈悬挂状态,坐封时泵筒不受力,即使外筒弯曲,也不会影响到泵筒。这从根本上解决了抽油泵泵筒弯曲的问题。现场应用证明,悬挂防弯泵减少了作业工序,降低了作业成本,且能不同程度地提高泵效,延长抽油泵的使用寿命,在低渗透油藏的开发应用中前景广阔。
