以SiC为主要原料,加入10%~30%(体积)的MoSi2,并添加少量的AlN和Y2O3,热压烧结制备SiC复合材料,评价了热压烧结SiC及其复合材料在1 300~1 500℃的氧化性能。研究发现,虽然烧结剂对材料整体的氧化动力学有所影响,但添加MoSi2仍然可以改善SiC的抗氧化性。
Using SiC as the main raw material, 10% ~ 30% by volume of MoSi2 was added, and a small amount of AlN and Y2O3 were added to fabricate SiC composites by hot press sintering. The hot pressed SiC and its composites were evaluated at 1 300-1 500 ℃ oxidation performance. The study found that, although the sintering agent on the overall oxidation kinetics have an impact, but the addition of MoSi2 can still improve the oxidation resistance of SiC.
