研究不同时间、不同温度的菌丝后熟处理对黑木耳(Auricularia auricula-judae)“黑29”出耳质量和产量的影响。结果显示:发菌结束后,25℃下后熟20d和33℃下后熟20d两种处理现耳芽早,出耳率高,耳片生长速度较快,形状好,产量高;其它处理出耳芽晚,耳片长速慢,产耳质量差。考虑成本,确定25℃下培养20d为适宜后熟条件。
The effects of mycelium ripening at different times and different temperatures on the ear quality and yield of Auricularia auricula-judae “Black29 ” were studied. The results showed that after the end of the germination, the ear buds were early matured at 20 ℃ after ripening at 20 ℃ for 20d and at 20 ℃ after ripening at 33 ℃, the ear rate was high, the ear grew fast, the shape was good and the yield was high. Ear bud late, ear long slow, poor ear quality. Considering the cost, it was determined that the culture at 25 ℃ for 20 days was suitable for the later ripening conditions.
