从雷公藤浸膏中分离得到一个具有明显抗癌活性的新组份。腹腔注射间断给药2~3次能延长小鼠H_(22)、S_(180)、EAC及乳癌荷瘤小鼠的生存期,延长率>100%,P<0.01。口服对小鼠S_(37)瘤重抑制率达42%,P<0.01。对3-MCA碘油溶液支气管内注入诱发的大鼠实验性肺癌,经口服间断给药,瘤重抑制率为65.13%,P<0.05。以10、20μg/ml浓度培养48h时能杀死95%以上的HL_(60)的细胞;以20、40μg/ml浓度培养48h,能杀死90%的Daudi细胞。对离体小鼠腹腔M_φ功能,5.10μg/ml时增强,20μg/ml和以上时则抑制吞噬功能。
A new component with significant anticancer activity was isolated from Tripterygium extract. Intraperitoneal injection of intermittent administration of 2 to 3 times can prolong the survival of H22, S180, EAC and breast cancer bearing mice. The prolongation rate is >100%, P<0.01. Oral administration of S_(37) tumor weight inhibition rate was 42%, P<0.01. Intrabronchial injection of 3-MCA lipiodol solution into experimental lung cancer in rats induced by intermittent oral administration, tumor weight inhibition rate was 65.13%, P <0.05. When cells were cultured at 10 and 20 μg/ml for 48 h, more than 95% of HL_(60) cells could be killed, and at 20 and 40 μg/ml for 48 h, 90% of Daudi cells could be killed. The M_φ function in the isolated mouse peritoneal cavity was enhanced at 5.10 μg/ml, and phagocytosis was inhibited at 20 μg/ml and above.
