目的:分析研究剖宫产术后切口感染的危险因素,以做好预防工作。方法 :选取在我院行剖宫产妇女的临床资料进行回顾性分析。并分为观察组和对照组,其中,60例为发生术后切口感染的患者,作为观察组,60例未发生术后切口感染的患者作为对照组。比较两组存在的差异,并分析差异对切口感染的影响。结果 :造成剖宫产术后切口感染的因素很多,但主要有4大危险因素,分别是腹部脂肪厚度大、手术时间长、生殖道感染、合并有其他基础疾病。结论 :剖宫产术后发生切口感染受多种因素的影响,应采取有效的预防措施。
Objective: To analyze and study the risk factors of incision infection after cesarean section in order to prevent it. Methods: The clinical data of cesarean section women in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. And divided into observation group and control group, of which 60 cases of postoperative incision infection in patients, as the observation group, 60 patients without postoperative wound infection as a control group. The difference between the two groups was compared and the effect of the difference on incisional infection was analyzed. Results: There were many factors of incision infection after cesarean section, but there were 4 major risk factors, which were abdominal fat thickness, long operation time, genital tract infection and other underlying diseases. Conclusion: Incision infection after cesarean section is affected by many factors, and effective preventive measures should be taken.
