通过对后进生的特点分析,及后进生在教育中的问题,着重谈了教师与后进生心理沟通及尊重学生人格,强化后进生转化工作的一些思考。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the post-graduation students, and the problems in the education of postgraduates, this paper focuses mainly on the teacher’s communication with post-graduates psychology and their respect of student’s personality, and to strengthen some thinking on the work of post-graduation students.
