船闸闸首边墩为薄壁密筋的大体积混凝土结构,施工中一般采用泵送混凝土浇筑,其水泥用量、水灰比均较大。在混凝土浇筑成形后,混凝土由于水泥水化热的大量积聚,出现了早期升温和后期降温,产生内部和表面的温差,结构混凝土受到内外温差所引起的温度应力影响,产生不均匀收缩而出现贯穿裂缝。本工程在处理贯穿缝裂缝的过程中采用了PU4水溶性聚氨酯浆液,施工工艺为布管压浆法,裂缝处理的效果满足设计的质量要求。
