目的观察宫瘤清胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选择97例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分成两组,治疗组49例,自月经第1～3天开始每晚睡前口服米非司酮5mg,1次/d;在月经干净后服宫瘤清胶囊,每次3粒,3次/d;对照组48例,单用米非司酮5mg,于月经第1～3天开始每晚睡前口服,1次/d,上述药物连服3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后停药,随访6个月。结果97例患者在治疗期间均出现闭经、贫血得以纠正,子宫及子宫肌瘤体积均明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组缩小子宫及子宫肌瘤的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组血FSH、LH、E2、P测定,其中E2、P平均水平较用药前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论宫瘤清与米非司酮联合治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,副反应小,复发率低,远期疗效满意,值得临床应用。
